What you need to know:

Nasdaq has updated the site for Global Data Policies. Nasdaq Global Data Policies enables Nasdaq to articulate policies regarding market data products and provide updates when policies change. Changes to the data policies site will be communicated through Nasdaq Data News Alerts. To subscribe for updates, click here.

What is changing?

Nasdaq has released updates to the site that is focused on Nasdaq Global Data Policies. Updates to the site include a reorganization of policy structure and presentation style. Links have been created to easily navigate to specific policies:

What has been updated?

The site now includes separate documents for US Equities and Options, Canada, European Markets, Global Index Data and Nasdaq Fund Network.

The site also still includes separate sections for other related policies, policy-related use cases, Data News Clarifications, Pricing links, and links on how to become a distributor. All policies have been updated to reflect the latest data news items.

All policy docs now include a Document Revision Log to make it easier to follow updates.

In addition, Nasdaq ISE, GEMX and MRX policy information has been added where appropriate. This information was not previously included within the policy documents.

Will Nasdaq post a redline version?

With the new separated policies and additional ease of navigating to specific policies, our goal will be to provide future redline versions of specific policy documents and provide those links via the site. These changes are an accumulation of the various previously-issued Data News items and previously-communicated substantive changes. Please contact your Nasdaq Sales Representative with any questions.
