Interest in this type of product has increased in recent years and is now used as a way of portfolio diversification. Due to the large variety of derivatives and underlying that can be used, structured products can be classified under the following categories: Interest Rate Linked Notes, Equity Linked Notes, FX and Commodity Linked Notes and Hybrid Linked Notes.
