PHILADELPHIA– Feb. 8, 2008 –Pennsylvania Treasurer Robin L. Wiessmann rang the opening bell at the Philadelphia Stock Exchange (PHLX) on Tuesday, February 12 and announced details of a new Treasury investment program that focuses on environmental factors. It is the next application of the Pennsylvania Investment Principles recently unveiled by Treasurer Wiessmann.
