PENNSYLVANIA TREASURER RINGS THE OPENING BELL AT THE PHILADELPHIA STOCK EXCHANGE ON TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 12

PHILADELPHIA– Feb. 8, 2008 –Pennsylvania Treasurer Robin L. Wiessmann rang the opening bell at the Philadelphia Stock Exchange (PHLX) on Tuesday, February 12 and announced details of a new Treasury investment program that focuses on environmental factors. It is the next application of the Pennsylvania Investment Principles recently unveiled by Treasurer Wiessmann.
