TC, a 2,000lb bull from the World’s Toughest Cowboy Rodeo, took the U.S. from a recession to a “Bull Market” with a visit to the trading floor inside the Philadelphia Stock Exchange. Local Toughest Cowboy competitor Clovis Crane of Lebanon, P.A., rang the opening bell with TC by his side.
