THE PHILADELPHIA STOCK EXCHANGE TO BEGIN TRADING TWO NEW OPTIONS ON FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 30

PHILADELPHIA — November 29, 2007 -The Philadelphia Stock Exchange (PHLX) announced today that it will begin to trade two new options on November 30, 2007. The following two options were allocated to Susquehanna Investment Group:


Clean Energy Fuels Corporation (option/stock symbol: QFM/CLNE) will trade on the March expiration cycle with initial expiration months of December, January, March and June. Position and exercise limits have been set at 75,000 contracts.


KBW Inc. (option/stock symbol: KBW) will trade on the February expiration cycle with initial expiration months of December, January, February and May. Position and exercise limits have been set at 50,000 contracts.
