THE PHILADELPHIA STOCK EXCHANGE TO BEGIN TRADING EIGHT NEW OPTIONS ON THURSDAY, OCTOBER 18

PHILADELPHIA — October 17, 2007 -The Philadelphia Stock Exchange (PHLX) announced today that it will begin to trade eight new options on October 18, 2007. All of the following options were allocated to Group One Ltd:

Terremark Worldwide Incorporated (option/stock symbol: TWW/TMRK) will trade on the January expiration cycle with initial expiration months of October, November, January and April. Position and exercise limits have been set at 200,000 contracts.


Research Frontiers, Inc. (option/stock symbol: QEF/REFR) will trade on the March expiration cycle with initial expiration months of October, November, December and March. Position and exercise limits have been set at 50,000 contracts.


Rogers Communications Incorporated (option/stock symbol: RCI) will trade on the January expiration cycle with initial expiration months of October, November, January and April. Position and exercise limits have been set at 75,000 contracts.


Durect Corporation (option/stock symbol: DDQ/DRRX) will trade on the January expiration cycle with initial expiration months of October, November, January and April. Position and exercise limits have been set at 75,000 contracts.


Cullen/Frost Bankers Incorporated (option/stock symbol: CFR) will trade on the January expiration cycle with initial expiration months of October, November, January and April. Position and exercise limits have been set at 50,000 contracts.


Bio-Reference Laboratories, Inc. (option/stock symbol: BJQ/BRLI) will trade on the February expiration cycle with initial expiration months of October, November, February and May. Position and exercise limits have been set at 25,000 contracts.


Aegean Marine Petroleum Network, Inc. (option/stock symbol: ANW) will trade on the March expiration cycle with initial expiration months of October, November, December and March. Position and exercise limits have been set at 50,000 contracts.
