THE PHILADELPHIA STOCK EXCHANGE TO BEGIN TRADING ONE NEW OPTION ON FRIDAY, AUGUST 24

PHILADELPHIA — August 23, 2007 - The Philadelphia Stock Exchange (PHLX) announced today that it will begin to trade one new option on August 24, 2007. The following option was allocated to Citadel Derivatives Group LLC:

VMware, Inc. (option/stock symbol: VMW) will trade on the January expiration cycle with initial expiration months of September, October, January and April. Position and exercise limits have been set at 75,000 contracts.
