THE PHILADELPHIA STOCK EXCHANGE TO BEGIN TRADING ONE NEW OPTION ON FRIDAY, JULY 13

PHILADELPHIA — July 12, 2007 - The Philadelphia Stock Exchange (PHLX) announced today that it will begin to trade one new option on July 13, 2007. The following option was allocated to LaBranche Structured Products, LLC:

HealthShares Emerging Cancer – ETF (option/stock symbol: HHJ) will trade on the January expiration cycle with initial expiration months of July, August, October and January. Position and exercise limits have been set at 25,000 contracts.
