THE PHILADELPHIA STOCK EXCHANGE TO BEGIN TRADING ONE NEW OPTION ON WEDNESDAY, JULY 11

PHILADELPHIA — July 10, 2007 - The Philadelphia Stock Exchange (PHLX) announced today that it will begin to trade one new option on July 11, 2007. The following option was allocated to Susquehanna Investment Group:

iShares MSCI South Korea Index Fund - ETF (option/stock symbol: EWY) will trade on the January expiration cycle with initial expiration months of July, August, October and January. Position and exercise limits have been set at 250,000 contracts.
