THE PHILADELPHIA STOCK EXCHANGE TO BEGIN TRADING FOUR NEW OPTIONS ON THURSDAY, JULY 5

PHILADELPHIA — July 3, 2007 - The Philadelphia Stock Exchange (PHLX) announced today that it will begin to trade four new options on July 5, 2007. All four options were allocated to Susquehanna Investment Group:

Alliant Energy Corporation (option/stock symbol: LNT ) will trade on the January expiration cycle with initial expiration months of July, August, October and January. Position and exercise limits have been set at 75,000 contracts.

Cache, Inc. (option/stock symbol: FQK/CACH) will trade on the March expiration cycle with initial expiration months of July, August, September and December. Position and exercise limits have been set at 75,000 contracts.

City National Corporation (option/stock symbol: CYN) will trade on the February expiration cycle with initial expiration months of July, August, November and February. Position and exercise limits have been set at 75,000 contracts.

Nuveen Investment, Inc. (option/stock symbol: JNC) will trade on the January expiration cycle with initial expiration months of July, August, September and December. Position and exercise limits have been set at 250,000 contracts.
