PHILADELPHIA – Dec. 29, 2006 – The Philadelphia Stock
Exchange and its futures exchange subsidiary, the Philadelphia Board
of Trade (PBOT) will be closed on Tuesday, January 2 in observance
of the national day of mourning for former President Gerald R. Ford.
“The Philadelphia Stock Exchange mourns the loss of our former
leader who united our country in a time of great need,” said
PHLX Chairman and CEO, Meyer S. Frucher.
