THE PHILADELPHIA STOCK EXCHANGE TO BEGIN TRADING FOUR ADDITIONAL NEW OPTIONS ON TUESDAY, OCTOBER 31

PHILADELPHIA — October 30, 2006 -The Philadelphia Stock Exchange (PHLX) announced today that it will begin trading four additional new options beginning Tuesday, October 31. The following options were allocated to Susquehanna Investment Group:

Longview Fibre Company (option/stock symbol: LFB) will trade on the February expiration cycle with initial expiration months of November, December, February and May. Position and exercise limits have been set at 75,000 contracts.

Actions Semiconductor Co. Ltd.
(option/stock symbol: UQB) will trade on the February expiration cycle with initial expiration months of November, December, February and May. Position and exercise limits have been set at 50,000 contracts.

Saifun Semiconductors Ltd. (option/stock symbol: UQF) will trade on the February expiration cycle with initial expiration months of November, December, February and May. Position and exercise limits have been set at 25,000 contracts.

The final option was allocated to Timber Hill Inc.

Leucadia National Corp. (option/stock symbol: LUK) will trade on the March expiration cycle with initial expiration months of November, December, January, March and June. Position and exercise limits have been set at 150,000 contracts until January 19, 2009, then the limits will revert to 75,000 contracts.
