THE PHILADELPHIA STOCK EXCHANGE TO BEGIN TRADING 13 NEW OPTIONS ON WEDNESDAY, MAY 24

PHILADELPHIA — May 23, 2006 -The Philadelphia Stock Exchange (PHLX) announced today that it will begin trading 13 new options beginning Wednesday, May 24.

Citigroup Derivatives Markets, Inc. will be the specialist in the following options:

Crystallex International Corporation (option/stock symbol: KRY)
Emcore Corporation (EQB/EMKR)(option/stock symbol: EQB)
Home Solutions of America, Inc. (option/stock symbol: HOM)
Northern Orion Resources, Inc. (option/stock symbol: NTO)
Sealy Corporation (option/stock symbol: ZZ)
The Mills Corporation (option/stock symbol: MLS)

LaBranche Structured Products, LLC will be the specialist in the following options:

Emcor Group, Inc. (option/stock symbol: EME)
Emisphere Technologies, Inc. (MTQ/EMIS)(option/stock symbol: MTQ)
First Fed Financial Corporation (option/stock symbol: FED)
Hypercom Corporation (option/stock symbol: HYC)
Illumina, Inc. (IQA/ILMN)(option/stock symbol: IQA)
