THE PHILADELPHIA STOCK EXCHANGE TO BEGIN TRADING NINE NEW OPTIONS ON OCTOBER 3

PHILADELPHIA — September 30, 2005 The Philadelphia Stock Exchange (PHLX) announced today that it will begin trading nine new options beginning October 3. The options were allocated to Citadel Derivatives Trading Group LLC.

IRIS International, Inc. (JGU/IRIS)(option/stock symbol: JGU) will trade on the January expiration cycle with initial expiration months of October, November, January and April. Position and exercise limits have been set at 50,000 contracts.

JAMDAT Mobile, Inc. (MQM/JMDT) (option/stock symbol: MQM) will trade on the March expiration cycle with initial expiration months of October, November, December and March. Position and exercise limits have been set at 75,000 contracts.

Micro Systems, Inc. (MFK/MCRS)(option/stock symbol: MFK) will trade on the March expiration cycle with initial expiration months of. October, November, December and March. Position and exercise limits have been set at 75,000 contracts.

Monarch Casino & Resort (QIK/MCRI)(option/stock symbol: QIK) will trade on the March expiration cycle with initial expiration months of. October, November, December and March. Position and exercise limits have been set at 75,000 contracts.

NovAtel, Inc. (QAZ/NGPS)(option/stock symbol: QAZ) will trade on the March expiration cycle with initial expiration months of. October, November, December and March. Position and exercise limits have been set at 250,000contracts.

Otter Tail Corp. (OQB/OTTR)(option/stock symbol: OQB) will trade on the January expiration cycle with initial expiration months of. October, November, January and April. Position and exercise limits have been set at 25,000 contracts.

Quantum Fuel Systems Technologies (TQD/QTWW)(option/stock symbol: TQD) will trade on the January expiration cycle with initial expiration months of. October, November, January and April. Position and exercise limits have been set at 75,000 contracts.

Red Robin Gourmet Burgers (QZR/RRGB)(option/stock symbol: QZR) will trade on the March expiration cycle with initial expiration months of. October, November, December and March. Position and exercise limits have been set at 75,000 contracts.

International Display Works, Inc. (QKQ/IDWK)(option/stock symbol: QKQ) will trade on the March expiration cycle with initial expiration months of October, November, December and March. Position and exercise limits have been set at 50,000 contracts.
