THE PHILADELPHIA STOCK EXCHANGE TO BEGIN TRADING EIGHT NEW OPTIONS ON SEPTEMBER 22

PHILADELPHIA — September 21, 2005 The Philadelphia Stock Exchange (PHLX) announced today that it will begin trading eight new options beginning September 22. The options were allocated to McGowan Investment Group.

Alamosa Holdings, Inc (CUT/APCS)(option/stock symbol: CUT) will trade on the March expiration cycle with initial expiration months of October, November, December and March. Position and exercise limits have been set at 250,000 contracts.

American Axle & Manufacturing Holdings, Inc. (option/stock symbol: AXL) will trade on the January expiration cycle with initial expiration months of October, November, January and April. Position and exercise limits have been set at 250,000 contracts.

BE Aerospace, Inc. (BQV/BEAV)(option/stock symbol: BQV) will trade on the January expiration cycle with initial expiration months of October, November, January and April. Position and exercise limits have been set at 75,000 contracts.

Brunswick Corp. (option/stock symbol: BC) will trade on the March expiration cycle with initial expiration months of October, November, December, January and March. Position and exercise limits have been set at 250,000 contracts.

Movie Gallery, Inc. (QLV/MOVI)(option/stock symbol: QLV) will trade on the March expiration cycle with initial expiration months of October, November, December and March. Position and exercise limits have been set at 200,000 contracts.

OAKLEY, INC. (option/stock symbol: OO) will trade on the February expiration cycle with initial expiration months of October, November, February and May. Position and exercise limits have been set at 50,000 contracts.
