THE PHILADELPHIA STOCK EXCHANGE TO BEGIN TRADING THREE NEW OPTIONS ON MAY 11

PHILADELPHIA – May 10, 2005 - The Philadelphia Stock Exchange (PHLX) announced today that it will begin trading three new options on Wednesday, May 11. The options have been allocated to Group One Ltd.

Aspen Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq symbol: ZQP/AZPN) will trade on the February expiration cycle. Position and Exercise limits have been set at 200,000 contracts.

Amis Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq symbol: ACQ/AMIS) will trade on the January expiration cycle. Position and Exercise limits have been set at 50,000 contracts.

Alloy, Inc. (Nasdaq symbol: YLQ/ALOY) will trade on the February expiration cycle. Position and Exercise limits have been set at 50,000 contracts.
