THE PHILADELPHIA STOCK EXCHANGE TO BEGIN TRADING TWO NEW OPTIONS

PHILADELPHIA — May 2, 2005 — The Philadelphia Stock Exchange (PHLX) announced today that it will begin trading two new options on May 3, 2005.

Nalco Holding Co. (option/stock symbol: NLC) was allocated to LaBranche Structured Products, LLC. It will trade on the March expiration cycle with initial expiration months May, June, September and December. Position and exercise limits have been set at 75,000 contracts.

Neurochem, Inc. (option/stock symbol: KQM/NRMX) was allocated to LaBranche Structured Products, LLC. It will trade on the February expiration cycle with initial expiration months June, August, November and March. Position and exercise limits have been set at 50,000 contracts.
