THE PHILADELPHIA STOCK EXCHANGE TO BEGIN TRADING SIX NEW OPTIONS

PHILADELPHIA December 31, 2003 - The Philadelphia Stock Exchange (PHLX) announced today that it will begin trading six new options on Friday, January 2.

AirTran Holdings, Inc.
(option/stock symbol: AAI) was allocated to Group One Ltd. It will trade on the January expiration cycle with initial expiration months of January, February, April and July. Position and exercise limits have been set at 7,500,000 shares.

INAMED Corp. (option/stock symbol: UZI/IMDC) was allocated to Susquehanna Investment Group. It will trade on the January expiration cycle with initial expiration months of January, February, April and July. Position and exercise limits have been set at 4,725,000 shares until July 17, 2004, then the limits will revert to 3,150,000 shares.

Novell, Inc. (option/stock symbol: NKQ/NOVL) was allocated to Knight Financial Partners LLC. It will trade on the February expiration cycle with initial expiration months of January, February, May and August. Position and exercise limits have been set at 7,500,000 shares.

Terayon Communication Systems, Inc. (option/stock symbol: TUN/TERN) was allocated to Group One Ltd. It will trade on the March expiration cycle with initial expiration months of January, February, March and June. Position and exercise limits have been set at 7,500,000 shares.

Yellow Roadway Corp.
(option/stock symbol: YUX/YELL) was allocated to First Derivative Traders L.P. It will trade on the January expiration cycle with initial expiration months of January, February, April and July. Position and exercise limits have been set at 13,012,500 shares until March 20, 2004, then the limits will reduce to 11,437,500 shares.

Repligen Corp. (option/stock symbol: GBU/RGEN) was allocated to Market Street Securities. It will trade on the February expiration cycle with initial expiration months of January, February, May and August. Position and exercise limits have been set at 3,150,000 shares.
